I want to learn how to draw humans, since most of my favorite character's are humans.  I want to learn how to do it in a realistic, cartoon style, not anime since I see lots of that on dA and it's getting really boring...lolI've been drawing all my life, but I only started drawing Sonic like...4 or 5 years ago (2004 or 05). I have improved GREATLY, but I'm still not as good as I'd like to be. I really like the way I draw males ( the females need some work ), but otherwise, I guess my style is alright. I need to work on my coloring, expressions and poses. .:: What I use ::.The program I usually use for coloring my pictures is Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0, which came with my tablet. I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 for making backgrounds and adding effects, also for making lineart with the pen tool. I often sketch in MS paint and Open Canvas 1.1 and 4.06. The tablet I use for my artwork is a small Bamboo Fun Wacom tablet, model: CTE-450. His name's Bob Jr. .:: Artists I admire ::.Before I even joined, there was a bunch of artists that I absolutely adored SO much. At the time, I had no idea dA was free so I just saved all my favorite pictures onto my computer. I would of joined February 2006 if I actually knew. XD lol But I didn't have a scanner... Anyhoo, the artists that made me want to join dA were:          and more, but apparently they're not all in my watch list... But yeah, if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here. B) .:: About my Characters ::. As of now, 6/7/09, I have a total of 13 characters. My MAIN character is Billie Joe Armstrong the Hedgehog, which is based of the lead singer of the band Green Day. A lot of people still think Jasmine ( probably since she has the name name as I do ) is my main character. And hey, guess what. She's NOT. Please keep that in mind. If you ever want to draw me anything, I'd really appriciate it if you did NOT draw her.
